RajuAI operates on a subscription and credit-based model. When you purchase a plan, you immediately gain access to generating videos on our servers using expensive AI resources.
Due to the immediate computational costs associated with AI video processing, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used or a video generation has been initiated. If you encounter a consistent, reproducible technical error where a video completely fails to generate and your credits are deducted, please contact our support team. We will review such cases individually and may issue a credit refund to your RajuAI account.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will stop any future billing, but your account will remain active with the features of your purchased tier until the end of the current billing cycle. Returning to a free tier does not automatically trigger a refund for the remaining days.
